Good morning. As everybody knows by now, the United States has been the victim of a massive coordinated terrorist attack as of this morning. The four of us wish to extend our deepest condolences to those affected by the tragedy, and to urge those who are in positions to help out to do so.
On a personal note, I also wish to urge Americans to band together as a result of the tragedy, rather than to be torn apart. Nobody in this country will be untouched by these despicable events. So far, people have been turning up in droves to give blood without being asked, which is in my opinion a beautiful thing. America will come through this; we are a strong and powerful people because of our differences.
At a time like this, entertainment and especially humor seem to be vastly difficult, and they are, but wounds will heal, and things will go on. Now more than ever, perhaps, we need to be able to laugh as well as cry.
No matter what you believe in, peace go with you.
